Tara has extensive personal and professional experience with ACL rehabilitation. From her personal experience, she knows first hand the intensity and trials faced throughout rehab that many physical therapy clinics don't. Tara is incredibly passionate about getting ACLers feeling better and stronger than they were pre-injury. With a broad knowledge base and expertise in sport-specific activity progressions, I provide goal-oriented, individualized care tailored to each person's needs. I focus on evidence-based recovery methods and progressions to achieve the best possible outcomes.
